Thomas Grace completed a 2,400sqft tenant build out for Starbucks in Ames, IA this fall.
We completed the concrete work, drywall installation, acoustical ceilings, tile , painting, MEP, and finish carpentry. This new Starbucks is located in the North Grand Mall on the corner of Grand Avenue and 30th Street. The location is now open with Drive-thru – check it out if you are in the area!
