Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparation of project estimates in response to requests for proposals from potential customers.
  • Assists Project Mangers with project cost qualifications and buy out.
  • Assist Project Managers with maintaining job information.
  • Prepare Customer progress billings in accordance with contract terms and Thomas-Grace procedures.
  • Assist Project Managers with various project administration responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles, procedures, and practices.
  • Knowledge of Windows based construction accounting systems.
  • Knowledge of construction industry accounting practices.
  • Personal computer skills word processing, spreadsheet, and data entry skills.
  • Able to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
