How many years have you been in business?
Thomas-Grace was officially open for business on June 3, 2002.
Where are you able to work?
We take pride in the fact that we are a nationwide general contractor. We are currently licensed or actively registered to work in 42 of the 50 states. Any state where we are not currently active, we are able to register if a project takes us in that direction. In 2011 we even took our company one step further and we are now have an international presence with our registration in Canada.
Who are some of your clients?

Are you Union or Non-Union?
Thomas-Grace has the resources and relationships to provide both union and non-union services to their customers based on the unique needs of the Owner and the project location.
Do you have a safety program?
We have a strong safety program that requires our employees to receive OSHA 10 hour certification as well as First Aid and CPR accreditation. We are proud of the fact that our workers compensation modification experience factor is .79 and has been below .86 for the past 7 years.
How much self-preforming work do you do?
As a general contractor with its own internal carpentry and installation team members, we have the ability to self-perform the broad spectrum of carpentry functions for your project. From interior demolition to the fine details of mitered corners - we can do it all.
